Hailing from Scotland, we are a small-batch Scottish treat company passionate about one thing, and one thing only, and that's Scottish Tablet.
Not Fudge. Not Toffee. Only and forever, delicious Scottish Tablet.
Founded by Johnathan Laing in late 2022 with a simple mission: make delicious Scottish Tablet and do so like never before. And we are doing just that.
Tabrifics® is re-imagining Scottish Tablet by combining both craftsmanship and creativity, resulting in the most enduring Scottish delight with a distinct taste and aesthetic that captures the essence of our national treat in a whole new way.

What we do.
We make delicious, handcrafted, perfectly portioned traditional Scottish Tablet. Each piece of our deliciously creamy, smooth and flavourful Scottish Tablet leaves one feeling they've just experienced something truly special. What a proper treat should do.
For those who are not familiar with Scottish Tablet, it is similar to fudge, but with a more crumbly texture. It is a sweet indulgence that has been enjoyed for centuries in Scotland, made predominantly of Sugar and Condensed Milk.

We believe that the essence of Scottish Tablet is not just in its rich, creamy flavour, but in the joy of how it makes you feel. Our team of confectionery artisans craft each batch with the highest quality ingredients, ensuring that every piece of Scottish Tablet we produce meets our uncompromising standards of excellence to our special decades old traditional Scottish Tablet recipe.
What is Scottish Tablet?
Scottish Tablet is a treat that is both beloved and unique to Scotland. While some may mistake it for fudge, there is a clear difference in texture between the two. Scottish Tablet is a crumblier and more delicate confection that has been enjoyed by generations of Scots. Its history can be traced back to the early 18th century, when it was first mentioned in The Household Book of Lady Grizel Baillie. Then, the recipe consisted of just sugar and cream; however, over time, the recipe evolved and Condensed Milk and Butter spread were introduced, resulting in its deliciously creamy flavour. Despite the changes, Scottish Tablet remains a treasured tradition in Scotland, evoking fond childhood memories for many Scots.
