Who are we?
Hailing from Scotland, we are a small-batch Scottish treat company passionate about one thing, and only thing, only and that's Scottish Tablet.
Not Fudge. Not Toffee. Only and forever, our delicious Scottish Tablet.
Founded by Johnathan Laing in late 2022 with a simple mission: make delicious Scottish Tablet and do so like never before. And we're continuing to do just that.
Why? Because life should be lived sweet. And our Scottish Tablet is the sweetest treat of them all.
What we do.
We are a proud, family-run business based in Scotland. From the heart of Scotland, we love nothing more than making our favourtie sweetie - Scottish Tablet. Carefully handmade the old-fashioned way, in small-batches to our signature family recipe using the very best ingredients, each delicious, bite-sized square of tablet we make is delicately crumbly, luxuriously creamy and irresistibly rich.
How we do it.
We craft each batch of our Scottish Tablet the old-fashioned way, in small-batches by hand, using only the highest quality ingredients, ensuring that each piece we make meets our uncompromising standards of excellence. We make proper Scottish Tablet, the best treat in the world.
What is Scottish Tablet?
Made from Condensed Milk, Sugar and Butter, Scottish Tablet is a melt-in-the-mouth sweet treat with a distinctive crumbly-yet-creamy texture. While some may mistake it for fudge, there is a clear difference in texture between the two. Scottish Tablet is a crumblier and more delicate confection that has been enjoyed by generations of Scots.
